A successful local commercial real estate company aims to become a regional one, with a bold expansion into western Scotland, while also entering the lucrative residential letting market. A campaign was needed to build awareness in these new markets that would be deployable across social and traditional print media.
In both regions, an engaging and highly branded campaign generates awareness, with campaign assets mimicking the companies To Let signs, promoting dialogue through the question What’s your sign, and reinforcing the brand ethos of trust, reliability and excellent service.
Through a mix of social media and location-based advertising, the signs become an instantly recognized part of their new community as well.
